In 2009, out of the pits of Australia's near recession, The Cilikis Progression Project was born.

After joining Gold Coast band, Void, Brendan met Frank. Frank had a mate, Tyronne and the three decided to get together and form their own project band that consists of music from created from numerous and varied styles of music and influences.

The Cilikis Progressio Project prides itself on being creative but different to what people have heard before and different from what people expect from instrumental music. Music that consists of varying styles from rock and roll to complex progressive metal and Jazzy fusion based stylings to groove based funk and rock.

The Cilikis Progressio Project draws its influences from a varying number of people through time.  Everything from classical composers to movie theme composers such Alan Sylvestri and John Willams, master shredders like Paul Gilbert, Joe Satriani, Marty Friedman, Alex Skolnick and John Petrucci through bands like Testament, RacerX, Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, Opeth and various other influential musicians, bands and musical styles.

If you enjoy real music played by real musicians with real instruments you will enjoy
